Fairways is a modern, purpose-built care home situated on Little Coates Road, near Grimsby Golf Club. It has easy access, with good transport links and free parking.
Our home is a single story building with plenty of open plan areas, wide corridors and doorways to help residents move easily through the building. Our bedrooms are designed to be the most comfortable accommodation for our residents, and we have plenty of communal areas for them to enjoy group activities and the social aspect of our home.

We have three different room sizes, all with ensuite toilet facilities. The larger rooms also have ensuite shower or wet rooms and garden views, with some rooms having the additional feature of patio doors leading out into the courtyard garden.
All of our rooms come fully furnished but we encourage residents to bring their personal belongings and transform the space into a space of their own.
We have a choice of dining areas for meals to be taken, and we encourage our residents to eat in our dining areas and enjoy the social aspect of dining. However, we recognise that sometimes residents may prefer to enjoy a quiet meal in their room and they are able to do this as they wish.
See our menuOur home has a number of flexible communal spaces for relaxation, socialising and a range of different activities from entertainers to exercise classes. We have a sunny conservatory, two dining rooms, a hairdressers and even a sensory room for our residents to enjoy as they please.
Our activitiesFairways is built around a pretty courtyard garden space with sheltered and secure outdoor areas for residents to sit and enjoy the weather, socialise or get involved in a spot of gardening if they like.
